It’s the only place you can try our full, rotating range of beers and more, from our straight-up classics to the left-of-field experiments. Whether you're here for our iconic ‘orange goblin’ Pale Ale, cult-hits like our Serpent’s Kiss watermelon pils or something brand new from our many collabs with Sydney’s finest venues – there’s something for everyone.

Enjoy exceptional pizza from Fortune – our very own pizzeria – Friday through Sunday. Have a crack on the felt in our pool room. Relax with mates over a few schooners in our taproom. Whatever the mood, there are plenty of reasons to visit TGBC.

We can accommodate bookings online, please check availability using our booking platform below. Large groups, functions or private events are considered on a case-by-case basis; please contact us via the chat function on our website, by phone or via email.

Our tasting bar features 12 taps, a combination of mainstays, our seasonal releases and limited-run collaborations. For those looking outside of beer, we offer our own seltzer and serve a selection of red, white and orange natural wines, as well
as a range of alcohol-free options..

Fortune Pizza is available on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays only. On Wednesdays and Thursdays, you’re welcome to order from our neighbours at the Vic on the Park, by scanning the QR-codes at the bar, who’ll pass your food over the back fence when ready.
