We’re able to deliver merchandise to parcel lockers, but unfortunately our cases of beer are too large, a courier will leave a note to collect from the closest post office.
Yes we are able to deliver merchandise and beer cases to PO Boxes. (Our courier will leave a card in your PO Box for your goods, which will need to be collected from inside the post office).
Within Sydney 1-4 business days. East Coast 3-7 business days. Tasmania & South Australia 5-8 business days. Western Australia & Northern Territory 8-12 business days. We are currently experience some delays due to Covid-19 & extreme weather. Please note our courier service does not run on weekends.
Yes, please contact shop@thegrifter.com.au with your exchange request. Should we have the desired items in stock, we will notify you and wait to receive your return before sending out your exchange. You have 30 days to exchange or return your item from the date you received it. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Yes, please contact shop@thegrifter.com.au. Once we receive your item, we will issue a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days depending on your card issuer’s policies. Please note that to be eligible for any returns and exchanges, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. We don’t offer exchanges on beer unless you’ve received faulty stock or your order has been damaged in transit
