OUR IMPACT

GROWING SUSTAINABLY

The Grifter Brewing Co. has always sought to do good by the community that keeps us running and the world that sustains us. Here’s how we’ve worked towards this in the past, where we’re at now and how we see ourselves evolving in the future…

Independently owned and operated, we're proud to support the local community through every brew.

We’re on the path to B Corp certification – to balance purpose and profit with people and the planet.

We celebrate diversity and welcome LGBTQI+ staff, customers and community with pride and respect.

NOT-FOR-PROFIT & CHARITY PARTNERS

We’re proud to have collaborated with many charitable organisations in the past, continuing to work across a range of areas. We do our best to partner with local organisations that align with our Impact Goals above.

We’ve calculated our donations to be roughly $1 for every hectolitre produced to nominated charities. As well as financial support, we encourage our staff to engage in meaningful community activities by giving every team member access to volunteer leave hours.

SUPPORTING ARTS, CULTURE & COMMUNITY

TGBC is an advocate for the local arts and culture that make our city, state and country an enriching place to live and visit. We’ve thrown our support behind many leading organisations, communities and initiatives doing important work within this often underfunded sector.
