Improving our Environmental Sustainability: Past and Current Initiatives

GROWING SUSTAINABLY
The Grifter Brewing Co. has always sought to do good by the community that keeps us running and the world that sustains us. Here’s how we’ve worked towards this in the past, where we’re at now and how we see ourselves evolving in the future…

IMPACT GOALS
Our Impact Goals are focus areas that reflect the key material issues facing our organisation, our industry and our community. Behind each goal, summarised as aspirations below, we have implemented measurable criteria to test our progress and hold us accountable.

Combating the Climate Crisis
By reducing our environmental footprint we can move towards a sustainable future.

Enhancing Economic Security
By contributing to the financial stability of all our stakeholders and the wider community.

Fostering Gender Equality
By welcoming and embrace more diverse individuals and groups in an industry where it’s sorely needed.

Learning & Development
By providing opportunities for our team and community to gain skills to support their future.

Supporting Mental Wellbeing
By helping our team and community maintain and nurture mental health and wellbeing.
OUR GIVE BACK STRATEGY
Our Give Back Strategy guides how we foster strong connections within the community while showcasing the vibrancy, creativity and unique culture of the Inner West and Sydney. Our intention is to amplify the voices within our community and help nurture the economic security that will see it thrive.
