with Clima will measure our footprint, helping us set targets and move towards net-zero
We're proud to share that we've recently become B Corp certified. This recognition places us among a movement of peers that have made a commitment to doing business that's inclusive, equitable and regenerative.
The "B" stands for "Benefit for All". And our certification comes after years of improving processes holistically – from offering volunteer leave to staff, donating spent grain to livestock farmers, moving away from single-use plastic wrap, erecting an on-site grain silo and much more.

Through our commitment to the craft, TGBC classics – such as our iconic, bright orange Grifter Pale Ale – have become staples of the Australian independent brewing scene.
Our Give Back Strategy guides how we foster strong local connections while showcasing the vibrancy, creativity and unique culture of the Inner West and Sydney. Our intention is to amplify voices within our community and help nurture the economic security that will see it thrive.

We’re proud to have collaborated with many charitable organisations in the past, continuing to work across a range of areas. We do our best to partner with local organisations that align with our Impact Goals above.
We’ve calculated our donations to be roughly $1 for every hectolitre produced to nominated charities. As well as financial support, we encourage our staff to engage in meaningful community activities by giving every team member access to volunteer leave hours.
