We have a full time brewer position available in Marrickville.

The experienced candidate will have the ability to work well both within the brewing team and autonomously to manage the varying duties and demands of the brewery production schedule.

With a focus on quality assurance, safety and efficiency you will remain agile to adapt to challenges that may arise, leaning on your initiative and collaborative problem solving skills.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• 2-4 years of brewing experience in a similar role

• Relevant brewing certifications or training (IBD Qualifications or equivalent)

• Wort Production

• Cellar duties including CIP

• Operating a centrifuge

• Operating of a CODI canning line

• Quality control and data recording

• Handling of raw materials

• Knowledge of brewing techniques and industry trends

• Physical tasks including moving and lifting heavy objects

• Excellent at problem solving, uses initiative and supportive team player

• Attention to detail and a passion for craft beer
