As a member of our warehouse and logistics team, you will be customer focused with an emphasis on quality, efficiency and safety.

The role is 4 days per week (ProRata Salary) Tuesday to Friday.

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager you will be responsible for delivery of beer products to our valued customers across Sydney metro and the greater Sydney area, with occasional trips to the South and Central Coasts.

Role Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operating a forklift across two job sites, one standard forklift, one electric long reach ‘picking’ forklift.

• Operating one of two medium rigid vehicles on a weekly basis, delivering beer around Sydney Metro.

• Assisting Brewery production on delivering empty kegs, pallets & ingredients from warehouse to production facility (approx. 500m away)

• Arranging kegs for delivery to customers

• Delivering and scanning all kegs & cases to venues in a timely & assertive manner deliveries Sydney wide of both packaged beer (Cans) and Kegs

• Ensuring “Proof of Delivery” procedures are followed, and updated after each delivery run (via logistics software).

• To provide our customers with an efficient service. High communication needed i.e. if a delivery, contact the venue. A good, happy attitude to our customers who we’ve spent years building a rapport with.

• Building relationships with the key staff members at each venue.

• Being able to respond to frequently asked questions when interacting with customers about beer styles, and the general goings on with The Grifter Brewing Co.

• Understanding and engaging with the responsibility of being a B Corp Certified business, by contributing to achieving positive social impact through your team and departments goals.

Essential Qualifications

• RSA License

• First Aid Certificate (essential)

• ForkLift Licence (essential) 

• MR Drivers Licence (essential)
